In an organization that is fully equipped with computers and software tools, it becomes difficult to manage employees’ requirements. It means that you need to make sure that software licenses and tools are sufficient enough to facilitate new employees. However, it becomes a little stressful to manage software tools in this situation.
A cloud computing system splits into two sections; the front-end and the back-end. These are connected via network such as the Internet. The front-end is visible to users while the back-end works as the cloud for the system.
The front-end consists of the user’s computer network or computer and the app that gives access to the cloud computing system. Different cloud computing systems have different user interfaces.
Many web-based email programs pull web browsers such as Firefox or Internet Explorer. Several other systems have their apps to provide network access to clients.
The back-end part of the system offers computers, data storage systems, and servers to create the ‘cloud’ of computing services. Technically speaking, a cloud computing system can consist of a computer program such as video games or data processing. However, every application in the system has a dedicated server.
The entire system is managed by a central server, which is further followed by controlling traffic and demands of clients. It ensures the smooth running of the whole process. The server has a specific set of rules, which are also known as protocols. It uses a particular software known as middleware, which allows the connected computers to interact with each other.
Practically speaking, the applications of cloud computing are unlimited. With suitable middleware, you can execute all programs of a normal computer via a cloud computing system.
There are significant reasons for using a cloud computing system to run all routine programs of a normal computer as well as store data.
